Ingredients

  • 1 Umpteen Bean soup package from Best Darn Foods

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 48 oz can of chicken broth

  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes (drained)

Directions

  • Sort through beans to remove any foreign matter
  • Empty soup mix in a crock pot
  • Add meat, tomatoes,  and broth
  • Cook for 7 hours on high or until beans are tender
  • Remove meat, shred
  • Return meat to a pot and serve
