Ingredients

  • 1 Terrific Tortellini soup package from Best Darn Foods

  • 1 lb. sweet or hot sausage

  • 1 48 oz can chicken broth

  • 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes

  • 1 15 oz can white beans, drained and rinsed

Directions

  • In a 3 quart soup pot, remove casing from sausage, crumble and saute’ until cooked. Add broth and tomatoes
  • Bring to boil
  • Add soup package and beans
  • Simmer for 20 minutes until pasta is done
