This vegetarian based, hearty soup warms the sole.
Ingredients

1 Marvelous Mushroom soup package from Best Darn Foods
-
48 oz Chicken or Vegetable broth
-
½ C light/heavy cream or can of coconut milk
-
½ C dry sherry or dry red wine
Directions
- In a 3 Quart soup pot add broth and soup mix
- Simmer for 30 minutes until rice is done and mushrooms are soft
- Lower heat and add cream and sherry
