Ingredients

48 oz Chicken Broth

1 8 ¼ oz Can Cream Corn

1 C Milk or Cream
-
8 oz Cubed Velveeta Cheese
Directions
- In a 3 Quart soup pot add soup mix, broth and cream corn
- Simmer 30 minutes until potatoes are tender
- Add milk or cream
- Then add cubed cheese and stir until melted
