Best Darn Umpteen Bean Soup Print Recipe Card

Crock Pot
1 48 oz. can chicken broth

1 lb. boneless chicken, ham or cubed beef
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes (drained)
Sort through beans to remove any possible foreign matter. Empty soup mix into crock pot, add meat, tomatoes and broth. Cook for 7 hours or until beans are tender. Remove meat, cut into pieces, and return to pot to serve. Serves 4-6.
Ingredients: Umpteen beans, lentils, barley, carrots, onions, corn, celery, green and red peppers, leaks, spinach, garlic, chili powder, basil, parsley and black pepper.

Mama's Meatball Soup. 5.8 oz. Print Recipe Card

1 48 oz. can chicken broth
2 cups water

1 medium zucchini (optional)
1 1 lb. package frozen meatballs
In large pot combine soup package with the chicken broth, water and meatballs.  Cook at medium to low heat until the barley is tender (about 40 Minutes).  After 30 minutes of cooking add your diced zucchini to the soup.
Ingredients: pasta, barley, mixed vegetables, onion, carrots, Italian seasoning and garlic.

Best Darn Pasta Fazul Soup Print Recipe Card
1 48 oz. Chicken Broth
1 15 oz. Cannelloni Beans
1/4 cup Favorite Italian Cheese (Parmesan, Reggiano or Romano)
Empty beans into soup pot (do not drain). Smash about 1/2 with back of spoon. Pour in chicken broth , bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and add soup packet. Continue cooking about 20 minutes until pasta is tender. Garnish with cheese. (serves 4-6). Option: Add 1/2 cup diced pepperoni or prosciutto when cooking.
Ingredients: Ingredients: Italian spices, parsley, garlic, onion, carrots, celery and pasta.

Best Darn Cheeseburger in Paradise Soup Print Recipe Card
1 lb. ground beef 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
6.5 oz. can sliced mushrooms 2 1/2 Cups Milk
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth 1 1/2 Cups Water
Crumbled bacon for garnish (optional)
Brown meat & drain, add contents of bag with water, beef broth and mushrooms. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 mins. until potatoes are tender. Add Velveeta, and milk. Cook 10 minutes on low heat until creamy. Garnish with bacon. Serves 6.
Ingredients: Potatoes, carrots, onions, green & chili peppers, garlic and black pepper.

Best Darn Harvest Moon Soup Print Recipe Card
1-48 oz. can vegetable broth 1 Cup Heavy cream
Bring broth and soup package to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Take off heat and add 8 oz. heavy cream and puree by using an immersion blender or regular blender. Serves 7.

Ingredients: Sweet potato, butternut squash, carrots, onion, brown sugar, curry, nutmeg, cinnamon and dill. Please place in cool, dry place...shelf life --- 6 months.

Marvelous Mushroom Soup Print Recipe Card
1 large can / 48 oz. chicken broth 1/2 cup half and half cream
1/4 cup of dry sherry
Empty contents of package into a heavy 6 qt. saucepan and add 48 oz. of chicken broth --- low sodium may be used. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes until rice is done. Add 1/2 cup of half and half cream and 1/4 cup of dry sherry. Enjoy! Serves 8 as an elegant first course or luncheon.
Optional:  Add 1 cup of cooked chicken.
Ingredients: Wild rice, bulgur wheat, barley, white Basmati, white rice, Shitake mushrooms and seasonings.

Best Darn "Soup-er" Vegetable Print Recipe Card

For a wonderful hearty vegetable soup, combine contents of package with 6 cups of Chicken Broth (1 large 48 oz. can) and 1 large can of Diced Tomatoes (28 oz.). Simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated Parmesan Cheese. Serves 8. Enjoy!
For Clam Chowder Lovers: When soup is finished, add 1 large can of Chopped or Diced Clams including Broth.
Vegetarian Alternative: Substitute 1- 48 ounce can of Vegetable broth for the Chicken broth.
Contents: Freeze dried corn, peas, spinach, tomatoes, pasta & our own blend of spices.

Best Darn Lazy Day Soup Print Recipe Card
1/2 lb. ground beef or 1 whole boneless chicken breast diced 1 large can (49-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
In large pot brown meat or chicken and drain excess fat. Add broth and bring to a boil. Place contents of bag in pot and simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is done. Enjoy!
Serves 6.
Ingredients: Orzo, mixed vegetables, selection of herbs and spices.

Best Darn Jersey Shore Chowder Print Recipe Card
1 large can (48 oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup Milk or Cream
1 can (8 1/4 oz) Cream Style Corn 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
Place soup mix, chicken broth and cream style corn in a pot. Simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add milk (or cream) and Velveeta and stir until melted. Makes 9 cups.
Other Suggestions: You can add shrimp, cooked ham or cooked bacon bits if preferred..
Ingredients: Potatoes, onions, celery, corn, garlic, and parsley.

Best Darn Soup from the Coop Print Recipe Card
10 cups chicken broth 1 onion chopped
4 cups water

2 carrots cut-up

2 whole chicken breasts

Rinse. Empty package in kettle with onion, carrots, raw chicken breasts, broth and water. Bring to a boil, stir, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Remove chicken and cut into pieces and return to pot. Enjoy!
Ingredients: Brown rice, barley, split peas, lentils, vegetables, spices and herbs. No salt added.


Best Darn Broccoli-Cheese Soup Print Recipe Card
4 - 14 1/2 oz. Low Sodium chicken broth OR 4 oz. Velveeta Cheese
1 large 48 oz. Low Sodium chicken broth

In large pot bring broth to a boil. Put in package and simmer, covered for 30 minutes - add cut up cheese and stir until melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with buttered croutons - (cube bread and toast in skillet with butter until browned). Serves 8.
Ingredients: broccoli, carrots, potatoes, onion, basil, garlic.

Best Darn Italian Wedding Soup Print Recipe Card
1 lb. ground beef 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese salt
1 egg 2-48 oz. cans chicken broth pepper

To make meatballs, combine beef, egg, cheese, salt and pepper with spice packet. Roll into 1 inch balls & bake on foiled lined pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Bring broth to a boil, add soup package and meatballs. Simmer 25 minutes. Serve with parmesan on top. Serves 4-6. Enjoy!
Ingredients: ancini de pepe pasta, carrots, spinach, parsley, onion, garlic, flavored bread crumbs.

Best Darn Terrific Tortellini Soup Print Recipe Card
1 lb. sweet or hot Italian sausage or 1/2 lb of each 1 (14-1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 large (48 oz) chicken broth 1 (15 oz) can cannellini (white) beans, rinsed & drained

Remove casings from sausage - crumble and saute in large pot until brown. Add broth & tomatoes & bring to a boil. Empty can of beans into pot and simmer 20 mins until pasta is done. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
A very hearty soup - can be served with bread and salad for a complete meal. Serves 6. Enjoy!
Ingredients: tortellini, spinach, carrots, onion, basil, garlic.
